AI never diagnoses or prescribes
It drafts notes from the doctor's own words. The doctor reviews, edits and signs every note.
Recorded only with consent
Consultations are recorded for notes only when the patient agrees, and the consent is logged with the visit.
Recordings deleted after signing

Can patients see their own records?
Patients receive prescriptions and reports on WhatsApp. With ABHA linked, they can also pull records into their ABDM health locker.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export patients, visits and bills to Excel or CSV at any time, and documents as a zip file.
Who can see clinical notes?
Only roles you allow. By default, clinical notes are visible to doctors and hidden from front-desk staff.
